New Members
How Does it Work
New members will receive a private account number and login credentials upon joining. This account number is required for email support and AMA session scheduling.
Members will use their login credentials to access the DSA Resource Library, which includes guides, templates, checklists, and other valuable tools to support billing, coding, and reimbursement success.

Priority Email Access
Each practice will receive a private account number upon signing up.
When sending Don an email, place your account number at the beginning of the subject line to ensure priority handling.
Emails will be answered based on the response time designated for your membership level: Essential within 48 hours, Prime within 24 hours, and Elite the same day.
Live Webinars
Join Live Sessions with Don
All members receive invitations to attend live webinars hosted by Don.
To join a live webinar, simply follow the instructions in the invitation or reach out to Don if you need assistance.
Elite and Prime members also have access to recorded webinars, with Prime members receiving a 25% discount on purchases.

In Person Consultations
On Site Support for Elite Members
Each Elite member receives one on-site visit per year at their practice.
To schedule your visit, communicate directly with Don to coordinate the best time.
Travel costs are included for U.S.-based practices.

Members will have full access to the DSA Resource Library, which includes guides, templates, checklists, and other valuable tools to support billing, coding, and reimbursement success.
To access the library, click the “Library” button found on the homepage, library page, and membership page.
Upon clicking, you will be prompted to log in using your credentials to gain access.
Members may download any available resources for their practice’s internal use. However, sharing materials outside of the enrolled practice is strictly prohibited.
